We can use the 7 different CNC press brakes for large serial productions, but also for complex single pieces. Thanks to our wide range of Wila tools and the expertise of our team, we are able to carry out most settings, from small to large, in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Order Sheet metal work
A 3D drawing, showing all dimensions and angles of the product, is a requirement for ordering sheet metal work. Baas Metaal BV is happy to help you with the bending process and determining the parameters. After delivery, the product will be delivered within a few working days.

Employees of Baas Metaal BV can also be of value within profiles for welding, punching and drilling work. Our engineers are also happy to advise on any revisions to your product, to maintain functionality but keep complexity as low as possible.
Sheet metal work machines
Baas Metaal BV uses Safan and Durma press brakes, paired with Wila tools. This ensures precision for profiles up to 3500 mm wide with a maximum weight of 320 tons. Hydraulic clamps ensure a high throughput speed in the workshop.
