Tube laser cutting
Tube laser cutting cuts sections and tubes to length and puts holes, cut-outs and joining shapes into them in a single set-up.
How it works
The tube rotates and feeds through under the laser head, so the beam can work the section all the way round. Cuts, holes and fitting cut-outs are therefore made in one operation and from one reference.
Where it fits
That pays off most in frames and structures: because the fitting shapes are already in the section, a frame comes together more accurately and there is less aligning and measuring during welding.
